Circuit Training

This will involve light weights and some cardio at a quick pace to get your heart pumping and body moving! 30 mins-1 hour


Weight Training

Can be used to increase power, endurance, stamina, strength, or just increase muscle size! We have lots of machines and free weights with endless possibilities!


Crossfit training

This will be a circuit type workout with heavier weights and new and exciting exercises that are unconventional!


Pool Training

This is great for those who have bone or joint injuries and will help them build muscle strength without pain from past injuries. Also great for expectant mothers, elderly, or anyone who loves to swim!
